Booking Terms and Conditions

Payment
A written confirmation of availability of accommodation at the villa during the period requested will be emailed or posted to the guest upon which a reservation deposit of 20% of the total rental charge must be paid by cheque or bank transfer, to validate the reservation. The reservation will be considered valid only after receiving this deposit. The balance, 80%, of the total rental charge must be paid 8 weeks prior to the agreed starting date. The reservation is non-refundable. No-show or earlier departure charges 100% charge of the stay.

Payment Methods
(1) By cheque.
(2) By direct bank transfer.

Price Gaurentee
The rental price of the villa is fully guaranteed when the deposit is paid and the confirmation has been issued.

Minimum Rental Period
The villa is rented on weekly basis with a one-week minimum rental period. The rental prices are per week for up to 6 guests

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Security Bond
A refundable security deposit of £100 is payable with the 80% balance payment of the rental charges. This deposit will be refunded within three weeks of the date of departure from the villa, less any deduction made for damage caused to the property or for any additional costs that are not included in the rental price. All damages or losses or any maintenance and repairs to the premises, equipment, amenities or fixtures necessitated by misuse will be at the discretion of the villa manager. In the event of any damage or loss which is assessed to be in excess of the Security Bond, the client will be held responsible for the full reimbursement of the outstanding amount,

Limitation of Liability
Although every effort is made to ensure that the villa is in perfect condition, we do not accept responsibility for third party claims, accidents, damage to or loss of property or for any expenses incurred for any reasons.

Cancellation
In the event that a booking is cancelled by the guest, the following charges will apply:
