The villa has an open plan layout downstairs, which includes a full kitchen with breakfast area, lounge with a bed settee, satellite TV DVD Player and CD player, plus a downstairs toilet. There is air conditioning throughout. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms. 1 double (with cot) and 1 twin (convertible into another double) both with built in wardrobes and an air-conditioning unit, a bathroom with toilet, bath and shower is situated between both rooms. All rooms offer great views of the Pernera area including sea views from upstairs and downstairs, there are front and back patio areas with table and chairs for seating up to 6 people and 2 sun loungers, plus a BBQ.
